Job Description

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our growing team.This person is responsible to help implement brand strategies to boost sales, enhance brand relevance, and stimulate category growth, with a focus on B2B partners. They will drive the creation and processes behind our sales tools.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, strategic and visionary marketer to make an impact within the Collectibles industry. This position reports to the Trade Marketing Director.

What You'll Do:Organize, produce and distribute marketing toolkits (Product information, campaign assets, copy, photos, etc) to facilitate commercial objectivesUnderstand the Fanatics Collectibles and Topps brand goals and achieve that storytelling through retail sales and marketing effortsMonitor and understand the needs of our direct accounts and what buyers want and need, to help our retailers hit their goals and improve our reach in storeTrack all KPIs and monitor/escalate important changes and insightsMaintain cross functional internal collaboration focused on positive impact for the CollectorThis position will be responsible for handling a wide variety of duties, which include, but are not limited to the ones listed below:

Sales Tools

Manage calendar of 300+ product launches throughout the year to identify when/where needs sales tool support and own this workflowOwn the creative briefs and workback process with internal and external resourcesDevelop premium, educational and effective tools for business partnersDigital Asset Management

Be the owner of the digital hub for 700+ direct account partnersUpload all assets and create external communications for each product launch and marketing campaign and communications to accountsCreate a systematized process of information gathering across the company matrixPhysical Asset Management

Day-to-day lead of external marketplace for branded physical assetsLead briefs for creative work for each item available on marketplaceManage weekly external and internal budget for marketplaceProject Management

Project manage and create workback schedules for major tentpole Trade Marketing moments including Topps Hobby Rip Night and Topps Trading Card DayManage external agency partners and creative freelancersCompile regular analysis of retail activations and programs - Highlighting learnings and opportunitiesEXPERIENCE NEEDED

5+ years working in trade marketing, retail marketing or brand marketing rolesAbility to lead brand plan from ideation to executionExperience managing and measuring marketing performanceUnderstanding of trading cards and the collectibles industryExceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially related to Powerpoint, Keynote and presentation creationStrong project management, timeline and planning competencies

The salary range for this position is $99,000- $120,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
