We are seeking a

Social Media Manager

to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.

Job Summary

Imprivata's Social Media Manager plays a key role in planning, developing, implementing, and managing strategies for the company's social media channels to promote its values, culture, solutions, and brand. This role will partner with key functional stakeholders and third parties to implement effective content strategies on social media platforms that build and engage online communities.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role will focus on increasing Imprivata's exposure and ensuring brand consistency. This position requires superior storytelling and organization abilities along with strong verbal and writing skillsets to interact with customers and other stakeholders via Imprivata's social media accounts.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as the key point of contact for Imprivata's social media program and oversee day-to-day management of campaigns, crafting and posting compelling content to grow engagement and build awarenessDefine and execute actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers, and ensure progress on all platforms with analytical tools such as Google AnalyticsCreate opportunities to build Imprivata's reputation and customer loyalty by finding real-time online conversations and engaging with followers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accountsWork as a trusted partner and advisor to internal business partners across multiple disciplines to identify and support social media needs and assist with the creation, development, and execution of social contentDevelop and maintain a social media calendar for both organic and paid social activities, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders on key message development and topic identification to further drive the brand and corporate story forwardEnsure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminologyAnalyze and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as engagement rates, and measure performance against defined KPIsKeep an eye on social media trends and techniques, and make recommendations to continuously improve performanceRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field3-5 years of previous social media management experienceMust possess an in-depth knowledge of social media best practices for platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.Relevant experience determining a target audience and catering unique marketing campaigns to capture their attentionProven ability to write creative, precise, and grammatically correct communicationsAbility to translate complex ideas and processes into simple, authentic, and compelling content to drive engagement and build Imprivata's social presenceMust be willing to fluidly navigate between strategy and executionAbility to simultaneously manage deadlines for multiple projects and adapt to frequently changing prioritiesOutcome-focused and motivated by delivering measurable resultsProficient using multi-social posting programs such as HootsuiteGeneral knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web contentExcellent Microsoft Office suite skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelPrior experience in copywriting or content management is preferred

This position offers a total compensation range of $116,800.00 to $128,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
