The

Senior Process Manager

will join our Digital Content team as we look to expand how we help shape the way teams document and maintain their internal processes. You will work closely within the team to ensure consistency across style and language of our stored processes as well as with cross functional teams across the CARE organization to document and maintain their standard operating procedures. We are on a mission to make sure our agents have consistent, easy to understand content as they provide world class support to our customers. You will have the opportunity to lead a functional area and exposure across multiple areas of the business.

Responsibilities include:Work with internal teams to develop an understanding of the organizational needs; research, outline, write, and edit new and existing contentTranslate processes into easy to understand documentationCreate and maintain templates for process documentationEnsure documentation is in compliance with BILL's standards and branding guidelinesWork with subject matter experts to develop documentation for new processes; gather feedback and revise documentation as neededMaintain review cadence to ensure subject matter experts and team process owners routinely validate their process documentationControl access to documents, remove documents that are obsolete, and maintain version integrityDevelop a functional understanding of the tools and processes required to support BILL customersManage end to end storage and maintenance of process documentation across CX teamsMaintain cross org relationships with SMEs and process owners to ensure documentation is currentWe'd love to chat if you have:

Superior writing skills with attention to detail regarding grammar, spelling, and punctuationStrong working knowledge of process analysis. Able to document repeatable process steps and create process flows using Visio or similar programsAbility to create relationships and work cross functionallyAbility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlinesExperience working with geographically separated teamsExperience with Salesforce and connected technologies is a plusBachelor's degree in communication or business preferred4 years of experience as a process specialist preferredThe estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL's bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$84,900-$106,100 USD
