Team Leader, B2B Marketing & Competitive Intelligence

Lesaffre Yeast Corporation is seeking a Team Leader, B2B Marketing and Competitive Intelligence in Milwaukee, WI with the following responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Data Science or related field or foreign equivalent degree. 5 years of food/baking industry experience. Required skills: Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data using Nielsen, Innova, Euromonitor and web platforms to complete assessment of competitors and market; Provide a synthesis of market issues using Excel, ThinkCell and PowerBI to present it clearly within Power Point; Develop, plan and execute new product, brand and digital platforms strategies using personas, consumer research, market segmentation and market trends to grow sales and awareness; Develop, plan and execute marketing/promotion strategies based on differing customer segments and channels including social media, corporate and e-commerce websites, Google ads, trade shows, print advertising to increase awareness 10% travel required; must live within normal commuting distance of Milwaukee, WI
