The purpose of this team is under the Health division and using AI to predict, prevent, and detect outages; This role will contribute to making standardized, stream-lined, and putting in a more cohesive documentation.

The role will consist of:Publishing and documenting new featuresLots of systems that are being supported internally that will need to be documented.Organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminologyMaintain records and files of work and revisionsConfer with the client to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication

Qualifications:Experience in creating documentation for a technical audienceExcellent writing, editing, and communication skillsAbility to read some programming codeCritical thinking and problem-solving skills

Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on Quality of Work and Meeting DeadlinesTop 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience1. 1-2 years of experience Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills to communicate with Stakeholders2. 1-2 years of Experience in creating documentation for a technical audience3. Some background (not extensive or fancy) in AI or Machine Learning (ML) (Nice to have; Not required)

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34 to $37 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
