JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Community Manager, responsible for assisting in all phases of operating the property, including but not limited to the general administration and maintenance; to direct and supervise all personnel and resources to achieve the fiscal goals of the Company while maintaining the property in good physical condition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the communityMeet and greet prospective residents and vendorsQualify clients by determining their needs, eligibility, and desirability; always conforming to Fair Housing regulationsTour apartment community and vacant apartments with clientsHave knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.Have a thorough understanding of features and benefits provided by the subject community.Accurate completion of market surveys as requested by Community Manager.Responsible for having a thorough understanding of application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures and be able to explain these items.Collect and store all deposits, fees and rents according to Company policies and procedures.Monitor and pursue delinquent rents, inspect apartments, post payment demands, and process files for eviction.Coordinate, monitor and perform all aspects of the renewal processRespond to all resident requests and concerns in an efficient and courteous manner.Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance and courteous disposition at all times.Assist the Community Manager in designing and implementing a resident retention program including social activities.Promptly report any unusual circumstances regarding residents, personnel or the property to the Community Manager.Compensation & Benefits:
