Overview:

The User Experience Manager is tasked with creating intuitive, engaging, and highly effective experiences across all digital platforms. This role demands a unique combination of creative vision, technical proficiency, and front-end technologies expertise to seamlessly integrate user-centered design principles. Key responsibilities include conducting research, usability testing, analyzing feedback to guide design decisions, creating wireframes, and assembling high-fidelity mockups to clearly communicate design concepts. Additionally, the manager has a role in editing content on digital platforms, ensuring its relevance, engagement, and alignment with the enterprises brand messaging.INDMP#LI-hybridResponsibilities:Digital Strategy:

Supports the execution of a multi-year strategy with a focus on user experience (UX) to deliver an impactful digital presence across the enterprise. Conduct research to understand users digital interactions, develop comprehensive UI/UX strategies, edit content, create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes, and build and maintain reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.Websites:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and sustain user-focused websites that prioritize exceptional user experience. Utilizes expertise in UX to deliver seamless functionality and visually compelling interfaces. Contributes to managing and optimizing content for personalization and A/B testing. Assists with ticket overflow as needed to support enterprise requests for updates to websites.Digital Asset Management System (DAMS):

Contributes to directing the day-to-day management of the DAMS, ensuring seamless integration with design and development to optimize the user experience across all digital platforms. Participates in managing digital assets, auditing meta data for files, and defining workflows.Other Platforms:

Designs, develops, and implements responsive broadcast emails templates and enhances the intranet for an intuitive user experience. Consult on digital best practices and review analytics with the Media Team to ensure data strategy adherence.Analytics & Reporting:

Creates and maintains comprehensive reports on user experience (UX) metrics, development progress, and front-end performance, ensuring data-driven insights guide design and development decisions.Technical Support:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for UX, ensuring seamless integration of design concepts and functionality.Policy:

Adheres to all digital policies and audits content to verify it adheres to accessibility standards.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communication, information technology, or related field required.4+ years of experience in UX/UI including responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap and frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Node.js. Experience with version control systems such as Git.Strong experience with Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore Content Hub.An understanding of analytics and a demonstrated ability to create and distribute reports.Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and experience as a team member on a large initiative that utilized project management.Strong oral and written communication abilities.Knowledge of user testing and usability best practices.Experience documenting business requirements.This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by an employee assigned to this position.
