Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Promotions, you will be responsible for the execution of highly visible and critical campaigns that drive both online and store sales for Sephora.In addition, you will:Review all Holiday campaign assets to ensure business objectives and optimal client experience are met.

Promo campaign support: Creative proofing, Legal disclosure review, Executional QA support (Marketing QA, Email QA & promo functionality QA)

Manage creative review & disclosure process, ensuring legal mandatories are consistent.Assist in QA of campaigns to ensure all details are accurate and flawlessly executed.Manage ad hoc projects as requested.Work in a highly cross-functional environment with Creative, Legal, Project Management, and Production.Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.We’re excited about you if you have:1-2+ years of marketing experience.High attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.Ability to deal with ambiguity.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.The target hiring compensation range for this role is 35.00-42.92/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
