Job Description:Our client is a fast-growing brand with a continued focus on increasing awareness, driving new & existing customer purchases and engagement with our client community. Based at our San Francisco headquarters, this job sits within our client Marketing team and will work cross-functionally with teams including, but not limited to, digital, creative & editorial, product management, analytics, web merchandising, and our email & technology vendors. The ideal candidate will be proactive & organized with strong communication skills, a willingness to work within a highly matrixed organization, and a passion and curiosity for digital marketing, email marketing & the customer journey.

Email Program Support• Conduct competitive research on email programs, bringing new ideas to the table to test and staying on top of current trends and new functionality• Brief and kick off updates to evergreen Email campaigns, working with Design and Copy and managing feedback and updates throughout the Creative Review process• Partner with Production to QA Email campaigns• Assist with Email channel reporting, especially around high-visibility promotional events• Gather and share out campaign performance with business partners to implement learnings, including helping pull together insights and future opportunities• Support ad hoc projects as needed, attending meetings and owning timelines and deliverables

Loyalty Marketing Optimization• Brief and kick off creative changes to our Loyalty Program, working with Central Email, Loyalty and Legal teams• Support monthly TBs with Loyalty team to ensure up to date on program updates and upcoming loyalty initiatives• Complete competitive research and stay up to-date on competitors' loyalty programs and their various offers and messaging

Testing and Promotions• Brief and kick off promo creative for email, managing feedback and updates• Partner with Customer Data + Analytics, Central Email and Production teams to calendar Email promo placements, tests and targeted campaigns• Assist with Email channel reporting and share out results with business partners

Qualifications• Background in email marketing preferred• Highly organized, self-motivated, growth-oriented, and eager to learn and jump in as needed• Must be adept in strategic thinking with a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving• History of creating effective cross-functional partnerships with a wide variety of teams• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity, and prioritize multiple projectsAdditional Regions:
