Our client, a leading the clean energy transition - and that includes empowering customers to make smarter, more energy-efficient choices. We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to support our Demand Side Management (DSM) efforts with a focus on delivering actionable insights, channel optimization, and strategic marketing support across residential and commercial portfolios.
You'll be part of a cross-functional team that directly informs how we connect with trade partners, deliver inclusive programs, and track performance against regulatory and internal goals. This is more than just pulling data - it's about storytelling with purpose, driving equity, and helping our customers save energy and money.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing and program performance data across mass market and trade channels; provide clear, visualized reporting to support program delivery teams.
- Develop dashboards and visual management tools to monitor KPIs for residential energy efficiency programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to assess marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement across diverse customer segments.
- Support trade our financial client network initiatives by analyzing channel performance and partner engagement metrics.
- Deliver insights that inform marketing strategies focused on equity, inclusion, and targeted outreach.
- Partner with product managers and program leads to align insights with strategic goals and regulatory compliance.
- Provide data support for stakeholder presentations and regulatory filings as needed.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data reporting, or performance tracking.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to distill data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with DSM programs, energy efficiency, or utility industry metrics.
- Experience with Salesforce, SQL, or customer segmentation tools.
- Knowledge of inclusive marketing strategies or experience supporting programs with equity-related goals.
