The Sr Manager, Ad Sales Research is committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional value to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Manager to lead our ad sales research efforts.

Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team Management:

Lead and mentor the ad sales research team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.Develop and implement team goals and objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Research Strategy and Execution:

Design and oversee comprehensive research projects to gather insights on market trends, audience behavior, and advertising effectiveness.Utilize various research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis, to inform sales strategies and client solutions.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to ad sales and client needs.Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and strategies for sales teams and clients.

Reporting and Presentation:

Prepare and present detailed research reports and presentations to senior management, sales teams, and clients.Clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations, highlighting their impact on advertising performance and sales strategies.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends and benchmark performance against competitors.Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure research methodologies and tools are current and effective.

Collaboration and Strategy Development:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align research insights with business objectives and advertising strategies.Contribute to the development of sales strategies and client proposals based on research findings.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve research processes and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Implement best practices and innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement in research and analysis.
