Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the healthcare industry as a clinical/sales/business development professional is preferred.

At least 2 years of sales-related experience.

Experience in SNF/LTC sales and marketing within the greater Killeen/Temple, TX region.

About the Role:

As a member of Team Touchstone, you will drive sales for the Touchstone Communities’ portfolio of skilled nursing communities across Texas through value-based selling. Leveraging a thorough understanding of the post-acute market and clinical outcomes, you will meet customer needs, achieve results, and foster successful relationships for the company.

You will report to a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborate closely with the entire team to ensure the successful development and execution of a Sales Plan. This plan includes monthly and quarterly goals and offers opportunities for monthly sales plan bonuses.
