Utilize data and research insights to deliver high-quality designs. Collaborate with engineers and utilize our design system to create attractive, user-friendly, and accessible experiences.

Please note: This role will be required to be in our SF office at minimum 2x/week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

What you’ll be doing:

Collaborate with your Product triad and UX department to investigate and define the problem and solution space to achieve desired outcomes.

Conduct evaluative research and usability testing to confirm the validity of designs.

Develop compelling and user-friendly digital experiences to drive user acquisition and activation based on business requirements, data, evidence, design systems, and brand guidelines.

Improve designs based on customer feedback, analytics data, technical limitations, and business requirements.

Use UX research methods to guide design decisions and confirm prototype concepts.

Work with engineering to deliver top-notch digital experiences.

Develop and manage Clarity design system components in collaboration with UX, Brand, and Engineering teams.

What you’ll need to be successful:

A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in User Experience Design, HCI, Interaction, data visualization, or a similar industry.

Experience with UX Research and Design tools such as Figma, Dscout, and Dovetail is necessary.

Candidates should also have experience collaborating with Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the design process.
