Duties:Seeking a Lead level UX Designer for Mobile Native Apps Program.We are looking for a product designer who can envision and design innovative mobile experiences to take our Native Shopping Apps to the next level.In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, product leaders, business partners, and development teams on enhancing and rolling out new features for our E-commerce website experience and enhancing our end-to-end customer experience.Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide user experience solutions and user research to meet the business needs.Create journey maps, wireframes, UI, specifications, audits, heuristic evaluations, taxonomy recommendations, task flows, and prototypes.Use a deep knowledge of design principles and human behavior to design exceptional frictional less experiences.Uses skills as seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures.Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways.Strong knowledge of user experience and research best practices and methodology.Customer focused with high quality standards.Demonstrates strong interpersonal, business communication and writing skills.Top Requirements:

5 years of experience in UX design for mobile within ecommerceDeep experience within the ecommerce domain is required (high transaction experience and heavy interaction design)Understanding of what drives ecommerce KPIs/conversionStrong visual design experience, focusing more on attraction design and visual design and interactive design, provide bigger vision of interactive design for the mobile experience.Experience with iOS, native design conventions, and emerging technologies see screening questionsApp design skills for multilayered, complex experiences2 years of experience using Figma for prototyping and screen designStrong organizational skills to manage fast-paced schedule and project workExcellent communicator and presenter - Accessibility mindedProduct management minded - experience being involved in influencing the roadmap, helping shape the sequence of work and requirements definitionMust have a comprehensive understanding of UX principles, practices and processes, and a track record of delivering UX solutions and value to product and engineering teams in a large-scale business.Must be flexible in approach, comfortable presenting to multiple levels of stakeholders.Additional Qualifications:
