The Marketing team is the engine that powers Remote's expansion. Through product marketing, performance marketing, events, communications, campaigns, and content, our team tells the world about Remote to bring in revenue and establish Remote as the international leader in global HR and remote work.What you bring

Relevant work experience — product marketing, product management, operational roles, or strategy consulting;Experience building and managing teams in a fast-growth environment;Strong analytical and project management skills;Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques;Creative and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong analytical mindset;A strategic, result-driven leader who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.Preferred Skills:Experience in B2B SaaS technology marketing working closely with sales teams;Familiar with working on a remote or distributed team (not required, but considered a plus).Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Ensures that products meet market needs, are positioned effectively, and achieve their revenue and market share goals.Define and execute strategies needed to reach different customer segments by listening to users and prospects to gather insights that inform messaging and positioning.Work closely with cross-functional teams—product managers, sales, design, PR, and engineering—to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product launches.

Team Management:

Recruit, hire, and train new Product Marketing team members.Establish team goals and ensure performance aligns with these goals.Foster collaboration within the team and across customer groups.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with sales and product development teams to define marketing materials and programs.Manage vendor contracts and relationships.Communicate marketing plans and results to senior executives.Align cross-functional teams towards common objectives.

Marketing Campaigns and Programs:Design and implement marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and demand.Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, and PR.Scale product awareness and adoption through joint marketing campaigns with partners.Create new incentives, offers, and programs to drive engagement with partners.Develop product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and industry understanding.Practicals

Remote's Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits in all locations. We do not agree to or encourage cheap-labor practices and therefore we ensure to pay above in-location rates.The base salary range for this full-time position is between $144,650-$203,400 USD. The actual base pay is dependent upon factors such as location, transferable skills, work experience, and market demands.Application process
