As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the new customer experience on DoorDash into a seamless, red carpet journey. You will lead a talented team of engineers, driving the development and optimization of our acquisition channels such as AppClips. Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Data Scientists, you will ensure a product-first approach to solving problems, leveraging data-driven insights to create an intuitive design that serves as a dedicated assistant to our customers.
