Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job Description As the Marketing Manager, Regional Product Marketing, you will report to the Sr. Director of Latin America and the Caribbean's Product & B2B Marketing and be responsible for leading regional marketing programs for Visa Commercial Solutions and Visa Government Solutions. This person will also be responsible for the execution of the Visa VCS Day in LAC.In this role, you will be the glue that binds our regional product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing, ultimately delivering data driven results. Attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success and are imperative in your ability to represent the brand in everything from product development and design to communications.

Key responsibilities:Be a strategic leader:You will lead development of regional marketing strategies, working closely with all global, regional, and country teams to engage our clients and deliver against Visa's business and marketing goals.Be the expert on our target audiences, and their advocate inside Visa, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria and then synthesizing the deep insights to develop value propositions and messaging.You will help develop marketing that frames value propositions, sets forth positioning and messaging, and activation of experiential strategies relevant to the regional priorities.You will manage agencies to accomplish strategic marketing projects to support the business and drive concreate outcomes.You will work with Consumer Insights & Analytics and the Global Product Marketing teams to help shape industry thought leadership content and promote across B2B ecosystem audiences.Partner with regional Communications lead to plan and execute thought leadership programs with and through Media Partners.Work closely with Global Product Marketing and Sales Excellence to show the business impact of the B2B Marketing events and campaigns.Event's coordination skills and traveling to manage events is required.

Accelerate bringing more products and solutions to market:Work in partnership with product and sales to deploy a B2B awareness and lead generation campaigns targeting key stakeholders.Work to localize, build, and deploy sales enablement content to help the sales team engage target clients.Build and activate experiential digital marketing strategies and plans to advance an always on content strategy to build awareness and drive demand.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications Basic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required MBA preferred.Minimum 8 years progressively responsible business experience in Product Marketing or Product Management.Strong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency.Audience focused mindset, with a demonstrated track record of discovering key insights.Strong event planning and content generation skills and should be able to problem solve effectively.Attention to details and eye for quality.Strong executive presence with highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impact.
