Together, GOLFTEC Enterprises is revolutionizing the way golf is learned, practiced, and enjoyed by golfers of all levels.Position Summary:The ideal candidate for the Web Designer position will be passionate about digital innovation and user experience. In this role, you’ll help support GOLFTEC and SkyTrak’s continued growth and innovation projects through designing, coding and modifying websites, landing pages, app interfaces and internal software from layout to function. You will collaborate with our team of passionate designers, marketing strategist and developers to help elevate the UI/UX across all digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Help lead our digital design efforts including usability and visual enhancements for our app, E-commerce stores, websites, and moreTranslate high-level ideas from non-designers into mockups, wireframes and layoutsEnsure technical feasibility of UI/UX designsPartner with our development team on implementation of design changesWork closely with Ecomm team, Engagement team, Tech team and Creative team to constantly optimize the customer journey and site conversionConduct user interface testing and provide recommendations for improvementInnovate, update & improve existing user experiencesThe deadline for this position is August 14th, 2024.Requirements3+ years of UI/UX experienceStrong visual and technical portfolioExpert in frontend development with HTML and CSSExperience with designing and building responsive, mobile-first web pagesStrong ability to design with accessibility in mindUnderstanding and balance of business needs, implication, and future versions of your designsAbility to edit/update some PHP and JavaScriptExcellent visual design skills using Adobe SuiteKnowledge of Grape.js is a plusTeam player – ability to work toward a common goal across all departments and levelsAbility to work off-hours to collaborate directly with our development teamsBenefitsSix (6) company observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas DayGOLFTEC observes a Flexible Time Off policy for exempt employeesHealth Insurance (Company pays 50% of individual & family)401(k) Plan available with employer matchDental and Vision Benefits availableShort-Term Disability (paid for by employer)Long-Term Disability availableEmployee Pricing on golf lessons and golf merchandiseContinuing education allowance of $500 per year
