We win together, learn from each other and respect each other while delivering best-in class security solutions.About the roleTeramind is looking for a creative Lifecycle Marketing Manager to contribute to our global marketing strategies that enhance our sales efforts and drive demand and revenue growth. In this role, you will design, implement, and refine lifecycle campaigns that cater to various user segments and their unique stages. Your primary goal will be to develop an outstanding email marketing program by prioritizing user experience and optimizing communication channels.

Role ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the ideation, planning, and execution of large-scale lifecycle campaigns to generate and accelerate sales opportunities and revenue.Identify customer pain points, develop solutions to enhance the user experience, and gather continuous insights to inform campaign strategy and improvements.Utilize marketing automation tools, behavioral analytics, and machine learning methods to create tailored experiences for users at scale.Develop and execute iterative testing plans to consistently improve campaign performance.Focus on critical performance metrics (MQLs, SQOs, pipeline, revenue) by assessing success, refining against established goals, and providing regular performance reports.Examine industry trends, derive actionable insights, and share significant findings throughout the organization.Partner with various teams, including Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.Requirements8+ years of relevant professional experience.Extensive understanding of email marketing best practices and growth marketing strategies.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency and experience in product marketing, especially with multi-dimensional SaaS products, and SMB to Enterprise customer bases.Experience in generating demand for sales teams, with a solid grasp of sales concepts, processes, and metrics.4+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM, particularly focusing on lifecycle management.2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles.Experience with HubSpotPreferred Qualifications
