We are big enough to deliver, small enough to care.POSITION SUMMARYThe Digital Marketing Manager will be a pivotal leader within our marketing team, responsible for driving ecommerce growth, optimizing online presence, and spearheading demand generation efforts. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in various marketing technologies, SEO/SEM optimization, email marketing, social media marketing, and web development. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader capable of influencing and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to achieve our ambitious marketing goals.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSDesign and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.Grow and monitor campaign budgets.Plan and manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.Plan and manage various social media platforms.Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns.Plan and manage SEO campaigns.Appraise important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.Collaborate with teams to come up with new and innovative growth strategies.Keep up to date with emerging digital platforms and industry trends.Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.SKILLS AND ABILITIESTechnical Skills:Expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) SEM (Search Engine Marketing), to drive organic and paid search traffic.Proficiency with managing and implementing ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and experience with CMS (Content Management Systems).In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot,) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite etc.).Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other web analytics and advertising tools.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns.Ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals to provide efficiency and a customer-centric approach.Ecommerce Expertise:Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, including user experience (UX) optimization, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and site merchandising.Experience with managing and optimizing product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management to enhance online sales performance.Customer Focus:Demonstrated ability to create a seamless and personalized customer experience across all digital touchpoints.Experience with customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization to deliver relevant and engaging content to different customer segments.Marketing Channels and Campaigns:Proven experience in managing and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and the ability to influence social media presence to drive brand awareness and engagement.Knowledge of push and pull marketing techniques to effectively attract and retain customers.Leadership and Collaboration:Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage external resources committed to digital marketing programsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.Innovation and Adaptability:Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.Ability to innovate and adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer behaviors.Data Analysis and Reporting:Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings to stakeholders.EDUCATION REQUIREDBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
