Parsippany PreferredThe Manager, Marketing Engine Production serves as the key member of the Marketing Engine team across automation and our in house agency. We are seeking a customer obsessed colleague who proactively goes above and beyond to provide a quality customer service experience while delivering speed and cost savings to the business.Ideal Candidate:Proactive project manager with ability to problem solve, proactively navigate complex projects and oversee projects with attention to detail and deadlinesEnergized by providing a positive internal customer experience, relationship building in a fast paced environmentUnderstands complexities of a highly regulated environmentExperience in creating compelling presentationsIn House Agency Management:Serve as day to day operational contact and quality control for in house agency including status meetings, supporting marketing with a high level of customer service with emphasis on speed and cost reduction of production projectsManage relationship with external vendors to meet and exceed expectations, deliver digital projects to internal customers with speed and cost savingsMaintain project plans for production projects including but not limited to resizes, video edits, marketing material updates for each species with regular internal customer meetings to ensure timely delivery and usage of agencyReporting Bi-Annualy Internal Customer Satisfaction; Working with partner on performanceMarketing Automation:Coordinates always on automation programs serving as the point of contact for internal customersExperienced working in an agile environmentSupports test and learns with consolidation of contentCRC Coordinator (Content, Review, Clearance):Supports the marketing automation team on legal/regulatory reviews for identified test and learnsSupports the Data and Digital Solutions (DDS) team with ad hoc CRC coordination where applicableSupports Asana process for DDSPosition ResponsibilitiesManaging In House Agency- Internal customer coordination including status calls & communication, managing relationship with provider, Quality Control of all marketing materialsMarketing Engine Always On Projects; Point of Contact for Above Brand Projects supporting Marketing Engine/NGSE including content gathering, internal meetings with key stakeholders and project managementCRC Coordinator for Marketing Engine Value Strikes; Interacting with Legal and Regulatory; Additional Data and Digital CRC Projects as requiredEducation and ExperienceBachelors Degree Required5 Years + experience of relevant marketing, project management or digital experience requiredAgency Experience as client or vendor, preferredExperience in Adobe graphic design, preferredExperience working in a regulated marketing environment, requiredCompletion of CRC Coordinator Training Internal required within 90 daysTechnical Skill RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Physical Position RequirementsPosition is based in Parsippany, NJ, Remote consideredTravel requirement: less than 20%Full time Regular Colleague
