Parsippany PreferredWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager focused on leveraging data and analytics to uncover new growth opportunities within the animal health sector. This role will collaborate closely with brand marketing and automation teams to develop innovative, targeted communication strategies for across B2B2C. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, and campaign management, with a keen ability to create customer journeys and provide strategic insights on messaging in partnership with brand and automation teamsValue Strikes & New Capabilities:Identify and execute new digital campaigns/capabilities to drive growth within the animal health market.Utilize data and analytics to uncover and exploit new growth opportunities and new forms of targetingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and scale new initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.Experience journey building within automation platforms like salesforce marketing cloudTargeted Communication Strategies:Work with brand marketing and automation teams to develop and implement targeted communication methods for B2B and B2C customers.Create and optimize customer journeys, ensuring personalized and effective messaging throughout the customer lifecycle including retention, upselling, cross selling and coverting leadsProvide strategic insights and recommendations on messaging and communication tactics to enhance customer engagement and conversion.Data-Driven Targeting & Reporting:Partner with data scientists to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.Develop comprehensive reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, demonstrating the business impact of digital marketing initiatives.Campaign Management & Optimization:Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments, A/B testing and control groups to maximize ROI.Stakeholder Collaboration:Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including brand marketing, automation, and data science teams.Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Position ResponsibilitiesValue Strikes & New Capabilities - full cycle campaign execution including optimization and reporting performance with actionable insightsStakeholder Collaboration across data, digital solutions, brand teams and leadershipEducation and ExperienceAt least 5 years of proven experience working in high-growth, startup-style marketing and sales, preferably in the B2B pharmaceutical, animal health, or financial services spaceKnowledgeable in current practices, trends, and technology used in digital marketing and salesExcellent project management and time management skillsStrong written and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, comfortable in an environment of changing prioritiesIndependent thinker, able to work effectively with limited supervision.Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business, or related fieldsTechnical Skill RequirementsFamiliarity with digital marketing platforms e.g. SEO, SEM, social media (organic/paid), programmatic display, email marketing, etc ( some hands on keyboard experience preferred )Familiarity with marketing automation and lead generation toolsFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite software (or other digital creative platforms)Experience with translating analytical insights into tangible marketing & sales strategyExperience with marketing/sales software and tools such as SalesforceExperience with analytics tools including but not limited to Adobe Analytics & Target, Facebook Audience Insights, Google Analytics, TableauPhysical Skill RequirementsParsippany preferred, remote considered.Position is based in Parsippany, NJTravel requirement: less than 20%Full time Regular Colleague
