Marketing Communications Analyst

Seeking an energetic and highly organized Marketing and Communications professional to join our team as an Analyst. You will be pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on communications opportunities, creating and distributing clear and compelling visuals and written content, redefining key processes, providing data-driven insights, and managing daily marketing responsibilities. If you're skilled at writing, editing, organization and project management - we're looking for you!Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Collaborate with team and outside agencies to identify, prioritize, and execute PRand content opportunitiesIdentify and capitalize opportunities for visibility at key global conferencesDesign, write, and distribute marketing communicationsUpdate and maintain websites and blog through WordPress and conduct quarterly cleanup of contact dataPlan, promote, and execute monthly webinars (marketing copy and visuals, registration, operations, and post-event communications)Develop and maintain testimonial databaseSupport strategic projects (RFP processes, agency reviews, brand positioning, keymessaging, brand guidelines)Coordinate scientific journal publication process (planning, contracting with outside agency, submission tracking, and rights management)Edit videos in Adobe Suite and manage YouTube channelManage email inboxes, triaging general inquiries and communication requestsRepresent team at key portfolio project manager meetings to provide process guidance and stay current on initiative plans (attending external forums, as necessary)Build knowledge and competencies through professional development opportunities,reviewing professional publications, and networkingRequirements:Bachelor's Degree (marketing and communications coursework appreciated but not required)Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and communicationsHubSpot or equivalent email marketing platform proficiencyExperience in pharmaceutical research and development and/or life sciences or similar industry preferredExperience evaluating conference opportunities, developing abstracts, and preparingbriefing packsKnowledge of Google Analytics and analytics measurementProficient use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, WordPress, SharePoint, and ExcelPlease be prepared to share samples of written and visual communications and complete a writing and editing testNote: Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
