Position Overview

The Creative Project Manager will be part of a growing creative community at Stanley and will drive the project management of a wide range of creative projects for the Stanley brand, including digital content creation, print collateral, product graphics, sales collateral, and retail experiences. You are a self-motivated, creative problem solver who facilitates process, prioritization, and execution of multiple and concurrent creative projects. Must be a strategic thinker and expert communicator who collaborates closely with internal marketing, sales, ecommerce, and product teams as well as external resources to ensure creative project success from intake to delivery. This is a full-time position based in our Seattle, WA office and a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple and concurrent sophisticated projects, owning multi-disciplinary workflows, timelines, and processes.

Adopt, build, and implement workflow and project management processes to ensure efficient project lifecycles.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timeliness of ongoing projects, including briefs, schedules, and deliverables.

Build and manage timelines, anticipate roadblocks, communicate delays, and find solutions to challenges to ensure deadlines are met.

Proactively communicate and coordinate requirements, deliverables, and timelines with team members and individuals involved in the project.

Use Smartsheet to share briefs, schedules, and allocate specific tasks.

Actively manage, negotiate, and communicate the expectations of individuals involved in the project and the creative team.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and optimize processes.

Facilitate project meetings, communicate action items, and take detailed notes.

Anticipate requests and track resource schedules, adjusting timelines and resources accordingly.

Contribute to the development of content strategies to support our brand's go-to-market efforts.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

5-7 years of project management experience with an in-house marketing team, creative team, or agency.

Experience with project management and creative software – Smartsheet, Wrike, Figma, Teams, Microsoft Office, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Solid understanding of print, digital, and retail design processes.

Experience working on a creative team in a project management role to support end-to-end brand campaigns and product launches.

Strong leadership, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Highly motivated and collaborative with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Problem-solver with a proactive approach, skilled at foreseeing obstacles and offering prompt resolutions.

Salary Range

$100,000-$130,000

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
