Full-timeJob Overview:Gameday Spirit Fanstores is seeking a highly motivated Integrated Marketing Manager with experience in email marketing delivery, SEM/Paid advertising, SEO. Experience in sports or retail is preferred. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about college sports, understands omni-channel retail, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Integrated Marketing Manager will assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives. They will also become an expert in specific marketing channels, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach across all marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Email Delivery:Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.Segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences.A/B test email content, subject lines, and send times to maximize effectiveness.Experience with AI and automation a huge plus.Digital Marketing Management:Work with Marketing Director and vendors to plan, execute, and optimize SEM and paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.Collaborate, help develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.Content Development and Coordination:Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to inform content and campaign strategies.Analytics and Reporting:Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for senior management.Utilize data to drive future marketing strategies and optimize performance across digital marketing channels.Team Collaboration and Communication:Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment within the marketing team.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product launches, sales goals, and business objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Analytics, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of integrated marketing concepts and best practices.Proven track record in digital marketing, including email marketing, SEM/Paid advertising, and SEO.Experience in sports or retail marketing and understanding of college sports industry is highly desirable.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media, email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.Demonstrates critical thinking, a proactive approach, and innovative problem-solving abilities.Self-starter and likes solving big problems with innovative solutionsExperience in growth businesses or start ups preferredGroup Medical Insurance (100% employer-paid)Group Vision Insurance (100% employer-paid)Simple IRA (up to 3% employer match)Paid Vacation, Sick time, and paid holidaysGroup Life Insurance (100% employer paid, with voluntary enrollment options)Long-Term Disability Insurance (100% employer paid)Salary commensurate with experience
