Harness all that as a key member of the Wolters Kluwer CCH® Tagetik North America team to power up email marketing and overall marketing performance for our business, a growth catalyst for our Corporate Performance & ESG Division. What it comes down to is developing email strategies, executing and ensuring quality of email campaigns, and analyzing and presenting data to identify and share actionable insights that inform decisions for your campaigns and across marketing channels – all in support of greater efficiency, efficacy, and growth.

Responsibilities

Ensure contribution to and alignment with our demand leaders’ marketing plans, and GTM strategies.

Develop, gain buy-in for, build, execute and manage email campaigns in Marketo to drive and convert ICP-aligned leads, MQLs and SQLs, resulting in pipeline that delivers closed/won deals. This will include programs for acquisition, nurture, engagement, re-engagement and the like.

Deliver quantifiable improvements in email results.

Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.

Providing key information and recommendations to ensure marketing goals and plans are met to grow pipeline and sales.

Identify marketing performance wins and issues and pinpoint root causes/routes to repeatability using a variety of tools.

Effectively communicate and support analyses by refining and/or developing easy-to-use reporting and/or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, strategic KPIs).

Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance and optimization purposes.

Collaborate with North America and Global Marketing, Inside Sales and Divisional Marketing Operations teams to test strategies, innovate, and help ensure North America marketing goals and needs are met, e.g., for lead scoring, first- and third-party intent, database/list management, record enrichment, ABM, best practices and more.

Qualifications

2-3 years’ marketing experience, including background in email marketing; facility with reporting a must, dashboarding and analyses desired

In-platform execution experience setting up/automating campaigns in a MAP.

You are a data, analysis and process champion who enables the team to maximize results.

Analytical skills and/or demonstrated desire to learn them for identifying opportunities within data.

Record of building and scaling email campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.

Leans into collaboration, communication and transparency with solid written and verbal communication abilities, plus presentation skills.

Strong project management skills.

Critical thinker and creative problem-solver.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.

Additional Skills

Marketing – Digital, PPC, and/or other acquisition marketing, remarketing/retargeting

Marketing Automation (especially Marketo) and CRM (especially Salesforce)

Reporting

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel- domestic and international - required.

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, Hi, NY, WA: $74,550-$103,200
