We seek a highly motivated and dedicated Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will start with managing our website (SEO, content, social media, etc.) and lead generation efforts. Over time, this position will evolve into managing the marketing and sales of our paid ads product, targeting industries such as home services and professional services.Key Responsibilities

Website Management:Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.Develop and manage engaging content across all platforms.Monitor and enhance the website's performance and user experience.Lead Generation:Design and implement lead generation campaigns.Analyze and optimize lead funnels to increase conversion rates.Social Media Management:Plan and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement.Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.Paid Ads Management:Collaborate on the development of our paid ads product for home services and professional services.Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms.Track and report on campaign performance metrics.Strategic Collaboration:Work directly with the founders to align marketing strategies with business goals.Participate in high-level strategic planning and decision-making.Growth and Development:Take on increasing responsibilities as the role evolves.Potentially participate in revenue sharing as the business grows.Initial Roadmap

Week 1:Understand the service and product offerings by working closely with the founders.Get acquainted with the company's vision, mission, and target markets.0-90 Days:Collaborate with the development team on designing and creating the website.Plan and develop website copy and content strategy.Launch initial PPC campaigns to create lead generation.Set up tracking and reporting mechanisms for campaigns and website performance.90 Days and Beyond:Hire and onboard a sales team to further generate and manage leads.Continuously optimize lead generation strategies based on performance data.Report on progress and performance to the founders regularly.Identify opportunities for growth and scale the marketing team as needed.Develop and implement strategies to grow the paid ads product offering.Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content management.Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.Proficiency in social media management and paid advertising platforms.Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.Highly motivated, committed, and dedicated to achieving exceptional results.Ability to work independently and directly with founders.What We Offer
