About the role
We are looking for a UX designer with 5+ years of PROVEN HANDS-ON experience to join our team and help us create engaging, user-friendly, and accessible digital experiences.
You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating user personas, designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups, and testing and iterating on your solutions.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand the user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and to deliver solutions that meet or exceed them.
You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, guidelines, and best practices.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of proven HANDS-ON experience as a UX designer, working on web and mobile applications.
A portfolio of UX design projects that demonstrate your skills and process required.
Proven proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar required.
Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
Knowledge of UX design principles, methods, and best practices, such as user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React/Angular) to effectively communicate with developers
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
A passion for solving complex problems and creating delightful user experiences.
Experience working in an Agile development process is a plus.
