$60-$80/hr*All applicants must permanently and actively reside in the United States for employment eligibility*Role OverviewOur client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to enhance their service platform hosted on Salesforce Lightning. This role involves working in a multidisciplinary team, including researchers, experience designers, visual designers, and developers, to create intuitive, human-centered products for the client's marketing organization.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer needs and consolidate separate interactions into cohesive user flows.Design rational screens and digital touchpoints that enhance the overall user experience.Identify opportunities for new product developments by looking for common activities across different experiences.Implement improvements based on the Human Centered Design framework.Create and iterate on interactive prototypes aligned with user tasks and journeys.Develop cross-functional design patterns and standards collaboratively with developers, marketing, and product stakeholders.Propose design enhancements to marketing and product managers.Lead and facilitate Design Thinking workshops, Lean Business Canvas sessions, and other collaborative activities.Analyze failures in existing experiences, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions.Explore cost reduction and process improvement opportunities within existing services.Must-HavesExperience:
Minimum 5 years in a Product Design, UX/UI, or equivalent design role.Salesforce Experience:
Proven experience designing within Salesforce Lightning (required).Design Tools:
Proficiency in Adobe XD, wireframing, and prototyping.UX Research:
5+ years of hands-on UX research experience; experience facilitating design thinking workshops is a plus.Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design concepts to diverse audiences; high-level problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.Nice to HavesExperience in UI design.Background in ERPs.Familiarity with lean and agile methodologies.Basic knowledge of front-end development integration.
