The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will assist the sales/marketing team with various tasks such as monitoring and updating online presence; marketing research and reporting; photo shoot coordination/assistance; sales programs/incentives and other projects, room inspection for VIPs, meet & greet agents/planners/media; conduct site inspections; assist with sales & marketing familiarization trip coordination. Opportunity for growth.

Range Rate of Pay - $27 - $38.88

This individual must be proficient in MSOffice to include PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and have excellent customer service skills.

Must be able to multitask, take direction and provide quick turn around times. Strong written and verbal communication skills and overall hotel sales & marketing knowledge.

Working knowledge of In-Design and Photoshop a plus.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure consistency of published content (updated photos, videos and copy) across all hotel and outlet listings on various websites.

·

Manage online reputation, assist response to online reviews.

·

Manage in-room information.

·

Assist with updates on corporate website, mini and independent sites, and third party sites.

·

Ensure corporate guidelines and brand standards are adhered to on all projects.

·

Assist with preparing powerpoint presentations for Sales Managers.

·

Sales/Marketing projects as assigned by Managers. i.e, Sales Flyers, Advertisements, etc.

·

Marketing research and reporting

·

Photo shoot coordination/assistance

·

Site Inspection and media visit coordination/assistance

·

VIP meet/greet

·

VIP room inspections

·

Oversee PRIVE program; conversing with agents, blocking rooms, sending welcome letters, troubleshooting issues
