About the Role:

As a manager on the subscriber revenue team, you will have a direct focus on driving increased revenue and LTV across the Dow Jones B2C subscriber base through upgrading current subscribers to WSJ+. Specifically, you will create and develop strategies to drive upgrade and adoption of the WSJ+ bundle product through a variety of marketing channels and subscriber communications. As a part of this workstream, you will also consider and understand all aspects of conversion optimization, through both online and offline channels. Additionally, you will partner closely with the call center to develop new opportunities and campaigns throughout the call center journeys for upgrading to WSJ+.

You will report to the Director, Subscriber Revenue and work cross-functionally with teams across Dow Jones (Acquisition, CRM, Customer Service, Data Science, Product, Technology).

You will work on-site in our NYC office 3 days each week.

You Will:

Lead day-to-day activities as it pertains to campaign creation and journey updates for WSJ+ upgrade opportunities.

Partner with the marketing operations team to build and subsequently track WSJ+ upgrade marketing campaigns across a variety of channels

Work collaboratively with the creative team to design best in class marketing channel creative to drive WSJ+ upgrade.

Communicate WSJ+ upgrade campaign results and insights to the subscriber revenue team, in addition to the broader performance marketing team.

Further build and develop KPIs for WSJ+ upgrade activities

Collaborate with the retention team to ensure a positive subscriber experience throughout the entire WSJ+ upgrade journey.

You Have:

The willingness to work in our midtown Manhattan office 3 days each week

7+ years of experience working in customer/subscriber marketing, to include at least 2 years of engagement and/or retention marketing

Experience analyzing data to inform decisions

Hands-on familiarity with marketing technology platforms

Experience contributing a strategic vision across projects

Experience with subscription-based businesses is preferred

Pricing experience is preferred

A bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is preferred
