We are looking for a jewelry and fashion lover to add to our passionate small team who wants a career with immense growth potential. Our goal is to love showing up for work every single day (seriously), to work hard and have fun while doing it.The ideal candidate will be responsible for both creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns and evaluate overall marketing performance metrics.

We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills and bold ideas to bring forward creative and disruptive thinking through breakthrough marketing strategies and ideas. You should also have exceptional project management skills.Key Responsibilities:Champion the brand's identity and messaging across all major touchpoints including digital and social, in-store merchandising, packaging, and events.Ideate, develop and

execute

360-degree marketing campaigns including brand awareness (PR, Content, Organic Social, Influencer) and retention (Email, SMS) for product launches, collaborations, and core productOwn and manage the annual brand road map, brand strategy and marketing calendar, working closely with the team on timeline coordination and alignmentLead, shape, and inspire content creation & storytelling including creative direction, design, writing and experientialManage social media strategy, influencer marketing, brand partnerships and eventsOversee strategic brand partnershipsBuild strong cross-functional relationships to ensure all teams are working in unison to activate the go-to-market strategyAnalyze and assess marketing performance by channel through KPI reporting; prepare analytics-based insights and findings, takeaways, and recommendationsGrow, lead, and develop the marketing team including but not limited to Marketing, PR, Influencer and Social MediaBe the category expert with deep and broad knowledge of consumer insights, competitive landscape, and emergent trends. Maintain current and active knowledge of all innovation and launch performance for brand and competitors.Analyze consumer and category research, competitive marketplace dynamics, consumption data and media trends to create strategic marketing support plansOversee PR and social initiatives to increase media share, brand and community engagementOversee briefs and statuses with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, best-in-class execution, and adherence to deliverables.Identify partnerships and manage integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand vision.Our Ideal Candidate:You're someone who is idea and campaign-obsessed and loves to executeIncredibly strong project management skillsThe ability to manage and implement new platforms or strategies from conception to completion5+ years' experience in management and consumer brand marketingExcellent creative, communication and copywriting skillsSkilled in managing social-driven campaignsAbility to be a source of inspiration and energy for the team around youDisplays a deep understanding of brandingExcellent storytelling skillsStrong analytical skills and boldness to bring forward creative and disruptive thinking through breakthrough marketing strategies and ideas.A strong background in direct to consumer products is ideal, though not requiredExperience developing multifaceted brand campaigns and product launch strategies, with the goal of raising brand awareness and driving new customer acquisition.Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environmentIt would be beneficial to have a background in the following platforms: Klayvio, Attentive, Yotpo (or a similar loyalty program), and Shopify.Position Overview:Full-Time Position: Mon-Fri 9AM-530PMOn-site in our Hoboken, NJ studio 4 days, 1 day remoteABOUT US:Born out of a dream (literally) and an idea, Founder MJ Carlson started Electric Picks in her NYC apartment.
