Marketing Specialist

Position : Full-time / Hybrid in Austin, TXCompany Overview : ACS is a leading innovator in defense technology, specializing in advanced, cost-effective solutions that protect our military and allies on the battlefield. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth.What You Will Do:Plan and execute various marketing campaigns that engage investors, prospects, customers, and partners to help drive growth.Produce a wide range of marketing materials including landing/registration pages, website content, presentation decks, blog posts, case studies, one-pagers, project briefs, etc.Assist with planning and execution of online and offline events including webinars, trade shows, conferences, dinners, and other field events.Plan and manage social media and email marketing campaigns.Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.Create presentations for both internal education and external marketing.Support various areas of marketing including content, events, design, and operations.Work collaboratively with key team members, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.What You Will Need:2+ years of marketing experience in the defense or tech sector.Strong project management skills with a meticulous attention to detail; you take pride in ensuring everything is perfectly aligned.A team player with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; you come to the table with solutions, not just problems.Highly creative with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills for campaign performance analysis.Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and adapt.Experience with marketing software such as HubSpot, Webflow, and Canva, or similar tools.Knowledge of politics, global affairs, and government is a plus.Join us at ACS and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of defense technology.
