Marketing Specialist

EMS is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead and execute the company marketing programs. This includes trade shows, website and social media activities. Work with the management team to refine our overall marketing approach and work with technical teams on content creation and sales approaches. Perform sales administration support for business executives. A thorough knowledge of company-wide policies, procedures, products and services is required. Responsibilities for the Marketing Specialist:

Lead marketing activities including website editing, literature development, trade shows, social media and other related activities.

Recommend marketing strategies to the management team.

Perform regular updates to the websites, Google Adwords programs, social media posts.

Integrate EMS marketing activities with those of the other Wickeder Group companies.

Coordinate and attend trade shows with sales team.

Generate sales reports and New Business Development tracking

Collects and tracks data, analyzes and prepares reports for marketing effectiveness tracking

Plans and coordinate travel for major events

Uses various software applications to produce reports, spreadsheets, presentations or other documents.

Schedule project reviews with support groups to drive progress

May act as backup to customer support group as necessary.

Education and Experience:

Degree in marketing preferred

5-7 years of related experience

Experience using social media marketing tools (Linkedin, Facebook, etc)

Experience with manufactured product preferred

Physical Demands:

Some travel to trade shows

Office Environment
