What you'll do.As our Intern for Project and Content, you'll dive into the exciting world of content management and editing while supporting our Education, Science, and Conferences (ESC) projects. Get ready to gain hands-on experience by coordinating the review and approval of materials, participating in critical reviews, and ensuring top-notch proofing for key deliverables. You'll also have the opportunity to flex your creativity by drafting compelling content and making impactful updates to our department's external website. What we look for.Education:High School Diploma or GED is requiredCurrently enrolled in an educational institution as a student pursuing the fulfillment of a degree in Communications, Journalism, English or other related fields is requiredExperience:Work (or course work) experience in writing, editing, or content development is preferredProficiency in MS office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is required.Follows through with work activities, dependable and focused on getting things done to achieve goals, and maintaining the highest ethical standards is required.Demonstrated high level commitment to customer service is required.Experience switching between different projects on a frequent basis is preferredDemonstrated strong communication skills is preferredTravel Requirements:
