Position Summary

The Junior Lifecycle Marketing Analyst is a pivotal member of our Email and SMS Lifecycle Marketing team, responsible for driving customer retention and loyalty through insightful analysis and data-driven strategies. The primary focus will be on understanding our customers' behaviors, needs, and preferences to enhance their journey with us. This position will play a vital role in optimizing customer engagement and improving customer lifetime value, ultimately contributing to the company's overall growth and success.Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from Customer Data Platform (Bloomreach)

Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to identify different customer groups and tailor communication and marketing efforts accordingly.

Utilize data analysis to identify key touchpoints in the customer journey, pinpoint pain points, and propose improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Monitor engagement metrics and conduct analysis to identify potential risks and develop proactive retention strategies.

Create and present insightful reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing them with valuable insights into customer behaviors, trends, and opportunities.

Assist in the design and execution of A/B tests and experiments to optimize customer engagement and conversion rates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop personalized and targeted campaigns that resonate with different customer segments.

Continuously stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer lifecycle management.

Contribute to the development and improvement of data collection processes and tools to ensure accurate and reliable data analysis.

Support Lifecycle Marketing Manager in larger projects and initiatives, contributing to the team's success and professional growth.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college with studies in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field. 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Strong analytical skills with a passion for translating data into actionable insights. Familiarity with customer experience concepts, customer journey mapping, and customer-centric strategies.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL. Statistical analysis and experience with statistical software (Python) is a plus.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position.

Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.

Compensation: $68,640.00 - $91,620.00Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
