We are looking for a Video Production Technician with a Pre-ProductionFocus, who is highly motivated, taskand detail oriented.POSITION SUMMARY:Works in collaboration with other staff to coordinatepre-production and production planningWork during the pre-production phase may include but isnot limited to: clarifying subject matter with requesting business unit ororiginator, researching subject matter to generate ideas for presentation,defining communication objectives, development of production plan,location assistance, development of production and shooting schedules,writing scripts and creating storyboardsWork during the production phase may include but is notlimited to: serving in the role of producer and/or director, dialoguecoaching and providing continuity assistance during productionsReview all edited footage to identify any issues and recommend changes as requiredAssist in organizing and managing audio and video assets to ensure a smooth workflowManage documentation and training of pre-production procedures and work instructionsAssist in Social Media content creationDemonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines all while supporting the marketing strategiesWell-organized with a customer centric approachStrong communication and collaboration skills to work with team members, customers and outside vendors

Collaborate closely with internal clients andstakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia contentAll other duties as assigned by Manager

REQUIREMENTS:Any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described. A typical qualifying background would include a Bachelor's degree in the digital arts field or video production. Experience in a professional video editing/production environment demonstrating competence in all areas of video productionAbility to communicate technical information in non-technical termsMust possess exceptional writing skills and proficiency in writing scriptsExperience in studio production with multi-camera shooting, cinematography, principles of digital video capture, production equipment operation, audio recording equipment, file compression, video switching, motion graphics, lighting, and post-production equipmentMust possess advanced computer operations skillset with an understanding of current video/photo format and project based file managementExperience with editing software such as: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro, BorisFX a plusAbility to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining attention to detailDetail-oriented business professional with good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work quickly and accurately, as part of a team, as well as independentlyThirst for knowledge and a passion to learn
