Working as a Unit Marketing Manager

for the Company will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself!

This position will be responsible for leading all marketing and communication on behalf of Union Square events, interfacing with the hotel management and executive leadership teams,stakeholders and ownership.

This position is located at Canoe Place Inn in Hampton Bays Long Island, NY. This is an onsite position. Will consider Hybrid during off-time of events.

Key Responsibilities:Leads in all marketing, advertising and promotional activitiesOccasionally requires weekend and evening/night presenceClient relationsInteraction with media and guestsSocial media and brandingAnalyzes customer research, current market conditions and competitor informationDevelops and implements marketing plans and projects for new and existing accountsResponsible for conceptualizing and executing all F&B activations alongside the operations team, as well as managing brand partnerships and sponsorships.Expands and develops marketing platformsManages the productivity of the marketing plans and projectsMonitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activity and resultsDelivers marketing activity within agreed budgetReports on return on investment and key performance metricsCreates marketing presentationsMonitors industry best practices and trends
