Job SummaryThe Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support in the planning, development and implementation of various product initiatives and programs across the Benjamin Moore portfolio of brands. The Product Marketing Specialist will report to the Sr. Product Marketing Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in the activation of key marketing plans and other strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for product packaging (label) changes and modifications.

Supports the Associate Product Marketing Manager in product commercialization, which includes SKU set up, support materials, communication plans, website changes and any other updates.Oversee and support internal and external product testing to gain insights that will drive product development plans.Usher jobs through creative pipeline, collecting and consolidating stakeholder feedback, securing approvals, QC'ing edits and providing regular status updates.Support the Product Marketing Team in coordinating National Sales Meeting and other marketing events.Support the Product Marketing Team with various administrative tasks, including product sample requests, team travel calendar, intranet updates, financial reporting, and scribing meeting notes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams both within the Marketing department and across the organization such as Customer Segments, Retail Services, Communications, Creative, Digital, Legal, Procurement, Sales and Demand Planning, as well as outside agency partners, to serve internal and external customers.Support other strategic priorities and marketing initiatives as necessary.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge & Desired SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent business experience1-3 years of administrative experience in a marketing environmentDetail oriented with strong organization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple tasks with adherence to deadlines; flexible to shifting priorities due to business needs or change in prioritizationHighly motivated and high initiativeProficient operating skills of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS WordAbility to work independently with a self-motivated attitudeAbility to travel 10-15% of the time
