We are hiring a

Marketing Program Manager

to be part of our Design customer vertical marketing team and focus on the strategy behind crafting programs are needed to provide easy product sampling, a cohesive centralized process for engaging with the sales organization, and other initiatives.

We are passionate about our Design customer and focused on tools and resources that make their shopping experience across our portfolio as seamless and delightful as possible.What You Will Be Doing:

Work with leadership on being the "voice of the customer" and craft a set of strategic priorities around what is needed to support specification.Responsible for implementing new ways of thinking and new processes to better support our customer.Who You Are:Comfortable with analyzing data and doing competitive benchmarking in order to determine and execute best-in-class customer experiences and programs.Proven ability to understand budgets and managing operating expenses, as well as analyzing and weighing opportunities for investment return and feasibility.Experienced in growth-oriented strategic thinking, implementation of new business models, and internal relationship building.Ability to manage multiple, competing demands effectively using appropriate prioritization & organizational skills.Outstanding interpersonal skills required to effectively work with research, design, engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing communications, dealers and internal Steelcase leaders at multiple levels.Outstanding oral and written communication skills.Must be able to prepare and present product / program proposals to all levels of management.Ability to create new knowledge to drive positive change and new strategies.Required Skills and Competencies:Bachelor's degree required5+ years of relevant industry experience in product management, brand communications, brand management or designWho We Are:Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
