The

Solution Design Analyst

works closely with sales prospects and existing clients throughout the sales/pre-implementation process to design programs and solutions across the EdAssist suite of products. They leverage product and system expertise to identify and scope optimal product-based solutions to address clients' desired business outcomes and are typically, but not exclusively, assigned to common, standard and/or smaller-scope project types and clients. The Solution Design Analyst must possess strong client relationship skills, influence design decisions, and be able to clearly demonstrate the EdAssist value proposition.

This role is fully remote.

What you will be doing:Serve as the key partner to assigned clients (typically for non-enterprise clients, standard and/or smaller-scope engagements) throughout the program or solution design process, ensuring a seamless client experience and effective transition to the implementation team

Assist clients in meeting their business objectives by guiding them through the program/solution design process, drawing on best practices, policy recommendations, and knowledge of their existing set-up (as applicable). Leverage additional resources such as market research, industry analysis, benchmarking, etc. as needed.

Partner with Growth teams to evaluate and qualify sales/upsell opportunities and align recommendations to the EdAssist product architecture and best practices

Perform and present data analyses to support client decision-making and demonstrate the EdAssist value, including cost modeling, utilization projections, etc.

Employ product and solution expertise to research and scope client-requested changes in the context of existing design, and prepare project cost estimates & change orders according to established methodology and practice

Conduct product demos, contribute to RFP responses, participate in product or technical discussions during the sales process, as needed

Collaborate with other teams to ensure that functional and technical project deliverables are accurate, supportable, well-defined and transitioned successfully to the implementation team

Contribute to the creation, evaluation and maintenance of a library of standard/common best practices, product documentation and effective workflows, in collaboration with other EdAssist teams

Understand and adhere to defined individual performance metrics, established methodologies, project workflows, timelines and quality standards; leverage other internal experts and resources as needed

Overnight travel as required for client and organizational meetings (approximately 5%).

What we hope you will bring to this role:Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of comparable experience in client relations is Required

4 years experience in client relations Required

External/internal program design or consulting background (Software or Consulting Services) Required

2-3 years' experience with EdAssist's products and solutions Preferred

Excellent client communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence and to explain complex requirements to a variety of audiences

Proven ability to understand business and technical requirements and the flexibility to adapt to new and rapidly changing information

Strong data analysis, project management, and critical thinking skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a virtual, collaborative, and fast-paced environment

Demonstrate impeccable organization, attention to detail and responsiveness

Knowledge of Salesforce, sales process and strategies preferred

Knowledge of adult higher education, tuition assistance and/or student loan programs, and workforce education trends preferred

Compensation Range:

$81,000 - $96,000 annual salary

Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
