Position Summary

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Strategic Marketing and Passenger Engagement, this position will lead strategic marketing initiatives and brand-building activities as part of the Strategic Marketing and Communications Department within the Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement Division.The Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement Division is an in-house team serving as stewards of strategy, developing strategic communications and creating stakeholder champions to ensure the organization delivers on its purpose, values, and focus areas.

The Strategic Marketing and Communications Department elevates a consistent brand voice, activates the Minneapolis St Paul International Airport (MSP) and Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) brands to engage key constituents, supports revenue growth, influences our community, and invites passenger engagement through strategic campaigns grounded in research and analytics.This position will research, develop, plan, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement marketing strategies that enhance the organization's brands and increase revenue through various initiatives.

Lead marketing strategy and planningDevelop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned internal clients, aiming to drive revenue and enhance brand presence and reputation.Produce strategic analysis around growth opportunities, marketing strategies, and core business metrics to drive efficiencies, decision-making, and results.Research audience profiles and provide consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.Drive annual strategic marketing plan deliverables utilizing primary and secondary research, data analysis, consumer research, market trends, and media planning.Oversee annual marketing and advertising budget for assigned projects and deliver a positive return on investment.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), design and implement marketing testing, and incorporate learning into future strategic plans.Champion proactive strategic engagement with key internal team members and consultants to provide high-level marketing and communications recommendations.Collaborate cross-functionally to lead internal and external strategic marketing initiatives

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after two months of service. MAC's hybrid work schedule includes two days remote and three days onsite. One of the onsite days must be a Monday or Friday.I am aware of this policy and remain interested in this position.
