Job Summary

KREWE is hiring a Store Manager for our Optical Flagship located on Magazine St. in New Orleans. This is a unique opportunity to represent our brand on a global scale by providing world-class "in-person" customer experiences through a one-of-a-kind shopping experience reflective of KREWE's spirit of hospitality and creativity. You will act as a KREWE ambassador and host of the store by providing leadership to your team and continuously raising the bar for exceptional customer experiences and the delivery of impeccable brand standards. In this role you will be responsible for consistently achieving sales & profitability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards and developing a highly successful team that will be motivated to grow, contribute and advance with KREWE.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Business Leader

Execute the brand's retail and optical strategies including exceptional customer experiences, client relations management, employee performance, and community connectivity increasing the brand awareness, driving traffic into the store, and broadening and developing the clientele baseAware of business trends that relate to the success of the store and brandMake informed recommendations for store opportunities that will lead to increased sales, foot traffic and further enhance customer relationships and the overall in-store experienceDemonstrate strong business acumen through KPI's to develop and support business driving strategiesLead team by leveraging company tools, incentives & strategies to support meeting sales goalsIdentify and communicate individual and team training needsPeople Leader

Recruits and hires superior talent with experience in an elevated customer service environmentFacilitate new hire onboarding, and on-going training verification for team membersOn-going coaching for improved performanceEnsure that the sales team genuinely exudes KREWE's unique customer experienceCreates an environment that encourages the development of managers and associatesConsistently drive and motivate the store team utilizing company performance tools to evaluate, achieve and exceed individual sales goals and store KPIs (Conversion, Average Sales, UPT, etc.)Ensure that the store team is educated in product, fit, styling and optical knowledgeOperations Leader

Ensure the team adhere to all store visual brand standards on selling floor and back of houseMaintain merchandising standards, inventory levels and communicates weekly product needsSupervise inventory management to ensure store shrink is at or below company targetComplete all required daily and weekly reporting and to give insight to the business needsManage and adheres headcount and payroll budgetsLead and manage store to deliver P&L objectivesPlan for future business needs to continually improve business resultsCompliance with all company policies and proceduresMake well-versed recommendations to help improve the company's operational systems and processesBusiness Partner

Identify opportunities in product, sales, and team development and strategically present ideas and solutions to corporateResolve all customer issues and/or complaints in a timely manner to deliver exceptional service opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional business partners to support organizational goalsCommunicate effectively and efficiently with all levels in the organization, including the executive teamPartner with field and HQ leaders to establish effective events based on local seasonality to build location awarenessStrategize and execute in-store events to drive incremental revenueDemonstrate an ability to navigate the organization with a balance of business need and brand cultureConduct regular store meetings to motivate the team, and communicate brand initiativesQualifications and Skills:

Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewearMinimum 5 years experience in retail sales and management; optical experience preferredStrong financial acumen including advanced retail math knowledge; ability to translate monthly sales goals into daily, weekly goalsAbility to manage a store with high visibility and frequent executive visitsBorn leader with a strong work ethicKeen understanding of all aspects of store operationsThrives in a goal-oriented working environmentProven history of exceeding expectations time and againA knack for conversation and always presenting products in their best lightPassion for providing a unique customer experienceIntuitive when it comes to meeting customer demandsSelf-sufficiency at organizing and managing multiple clients simultaneouslyAbility to remain flexible throughout a collaborative retail experienceSomeone who shares our inquisitive nature, affinity for fashion and design, self-motivated, and good-work-requires-having-fun mentalityBenefits and Perks:
