"Is your passion in retail?" We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations if our store in Salt Lake City, UT. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment. "Do you have the gift of motivating those around you?" The successful leader will have experience building and motivating a team to effectively serve the customer and drive sales revenue.

Lead through the UNTUCKit CORE valuesChampion of personal development through partnership with your direct supervisorCreate and ensure a cohesive work environment that inspires engagementConfidently train, coach and develop team members using UNTUCKit University training tools and resourcesBe able to adapt to an UNTUCKit selling cultureManage and motivate staff to achieve maximum performanceEffectively delegate tasks to team membersLead the store team to deliver exceptional customer serviceControl inventory levels and provide feedback to corporate partners of trendsEmpower Assistant Manager to manage visual operations and provide guidanceHave strong knowledge of multi-channel POS SystemsAttract, hire and retain a diverse team of top talentManage all aspects of operational compliance within the storeAccurately track store budgets and manage ordering proceduresAnalyze sales and expense reportsNetwork within your market and keep corporate partners in the loop of local trendsAbility to take on more responsibilities from your market managersRequirements
Proven experience as a retail managerKnowledge of retail management best practicesOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent organization and leadership skillsHave a growth and development mindset with strong business acumenFlexibility; ability to adapt to changing priorities quicklyExcellent knowledge of retail point of sale systemsProficient in Apple technology, G-Suite, and Multi-channel POS systemsBS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field, preferredAbility to work in the store aloneFlexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which will include day, evening, weekends and/or holidaysHour expectation 40 hours/week, 5 days a weekBenefits
