Job Title: Retail Sales Associate - Fashion Show Mall

Responsibilities

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
2. Assess customer needs and provide information on products, features, and benefits.
3. Create a fun and relaxed shopping environment.
4. Maintain a tidy sales floor and stockroom.
5. Be proactive in completing tasks.
6. Manage multiple customers simultaneously.
7. Work collaboratively as part of a team.
8. Contribute to brand decisions through customer feedback.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a sales associate.
2. Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Proficiency with Apple technology and Omnichannel POS systems.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Customer service focus.
6. High school diploma; a BA/BS degree is a plus.

Work Hours

1. Flexible schedule based on store needs.
2. Dependable attendance and punctuality.
3. Ability to work alone, including opening and closing the store.
4. Availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Hours: 5 hours or more as needed.
