We unlock the full potential of our Marketing organization, powering dedication and best practices. We equip our teams with the tools, knowledge, and enablement they need to answer their business questions, so they can productively achieve key business outcomes, and elevate MuleSoft to a Strategic Partner of choice for our customers.Responsibilities:Support the global MuleSoft Marketing team to unearth insights to drive business outcomes including ACV, pipeline growth, demand generation, and lead conversion.Partner with the MuleSoft Marketing team and other cross-functional teams to make business reviews impactful and support planning cycles.Collaborate with marketing teams to identify business problems and growth opportunities, and use analytics tools to generate actionable insights.Contribute to the development of Marketing's measurement strategy and roadmap, identifying the correct key, leading, and diagnostic metrics for profitable growth.Serve as subject matter expert for our products and resources (Snowflake, Tableau, Google Analytics 4, and other internal Salesforce Tools), identifying opportunities to streamline analytical workflows.Provide training, enablement, documentation, and other assistance to support and expand the use of self-service analytics across the Marketing organization, so they become confident consumers of dashboards and other components of our data products.Build on and document our data sources, models, metrics, and dashboards in a way that increases our team's long-term efficiency and output.Create and maintain an information architecture/datasets, ensuring they are easily accessible and understandable by the Marketing team for all performance metrics required by the business.Benchmark key performance metrics to the industry and other Salesforce Clouds.Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting with comprehensive policies and processes while adhering to Salesforce's Privacy and Security policies.Act as a thought partner with other teams.Salesforce.com and Salesforce.org are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
