As a core member of the RevOps team, this role will support the Marketing & Communications team by providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement.We are looking for candidates with a strong analytical background, experience with the marketing tech stack and building marketing attribution models. Additionally, strong candidates will have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and/or healthcare technology marketing. You are right for this role if you have excellent relationship-building skills, are a strategic problem solver, and have excellent communication and data visualization skills. The right person for this role relishes working in a fast-paced, curious, and team-focused environment.This role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations and maintains a close partnership with the Head of Marketing & Communications.Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Create and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics.Develop tools to monitor campaign performance and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including ongoing programming and campaign-based reporting.Build a marketing attribution model showing multi-touch marketing efforts and channel performance analysis.Evaluate and implement an account-based attribution model that shows the whole GTM motion across sales and marketing channels.Optimization & Refinement:Refine and optimize the existing tech stack for tracking marketing performance, working with Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, and UserGems.Implement and maintain lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation processes.Ensure data integrity and integration between GTM systems.Process Improvement & Sharing:As part of the marketing attribution model, include real-time recommendations for optimization of marketing channels and campaign improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness.Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations.Provide support and training to team members on marketing tools and processes.Develop creative technical solutions and share knowledge with teammates.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.Requirements 3-6 years of relevant experienceExperience working in SaaSProven experience building and maintaining a multi-touch marketing attribution modelExpert in Salesforce AdministrationStrong data storytelling abilities, and skilled at data visualizationDemonstrated ability for finding insights in a modern marketing environmentDeeply collaborative, curious, and entrepreneurial with the ability to establish processes from scratch, gain buy-in from cross-functional teams, and drive processes forwardBonus Experienced with Pardot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Asana, Jira, and G-SuiteSalesforce certificationsExperience working for a B2B MarComms or SalesOps productExperience working in healthcare technologyOur Expectations Within 30 days you willMeet your key stakeholdersStart to learn our setup and business processesBecome familiar with our tech stackWithin 60 days you willStart to run analytics based off of current infrastructureIdentify gaps and design a plan to address gapsFully understand our setup and business processesWithin 90 days you willBegin executing plansDevelop a minimum viable marketing attribution modelBegin to extract insights from the dataWrite SOPs for newly developed tools and processes$89,000 - $100,000 a year This position also comes with equity and a variety of benefits.LOCATIONArtera values in-person collaboration and is currently hiring in the following US cities: Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, Kansas City, and Philadelphia (Wayne).Artera HQ is in Santa Barbara, CA, and we have an additional US office located in Philadelphia (Wayne), PA. If you live in the Santa Barbara or Philadelphia area, your role will be hybrid and you will be required to work out of your designated office location 3 days a week, unless otherwise noted in the job requirements.If you live in Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, or Kansas City, your role will be remote to start. As our team continues to grow in these cities, Artera will be considering opening offices in these locations.
