RapidScale is searching for a Sr. Manager of Alliance Marketing to drive the co-marketing strategy with AWS to amplify our brand and scale our market reach to drive top of funnel growth for our sales teams.

Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Alliances, this individual will be responsible for working closely with AWS to develop the marketing strategy inclusive of co-marketing programs, field events, AWS led demand generation campaigns, sponsorships, ABM and Google advertising campaigns. This individual will have extensive experience in integrating at all levels within AWS's marketing engine, specifically partner marketing, AWS CSC and DG, and field marketing.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Own the marketing relationship with AWS and ensure efficient communications, project management and execution of co-operative marketing programs to create increased revenue for both RapidScale and AWS.
  • Work with the AWS Alliance leader to develop and execute the overall AWS Alliance Partner strategy.
  • Own the digital marketing strategy to market to AWS sellers and other field teams through newsletters, win wires, LinkedIn posts, etc.
  • Work with your marketing contacts at AWS to develop a campaign/program calendar to drive initiatives across direct, indirect, event and digital marketing. Make sure all programs and events are included in the RapidScale marketing calendar.
  • Maximize MDF funds from AWS to expand the reach of our marketing programs and manage deployment and attribution.
  • Maintain analytics on Alliance Partner sales against targets and course correct to improve performance.
  • Work closely with the Content and Design teams to create thought leadership, sales plays, and design assets needed to execute your Alliance Marketing programs.
  • Develop, share and obtain persona profiling, research and best practices in cooperation with AWS.
  • Ensure the proper placement of Alliance Partners and RapidScale in cooperative programs and website properties.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years' experience in partner marketing in the B2B technology space
  • Experience managing Amazon Partner Network (APN) programs and interfacing with AWS marketing resources.
  • Strong marketing skills across writing, campaign design, campaign execution, events and presentations
  • History of success in event marketing, including event/conference selection, event logistics, content preparation and presentations
  • Strong SFDC skills and ability to build robust reports and dashboards for lead attribution and ROI.
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Good people skills and a sense of humor
  • Strong time-management skills
  • BS Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred


USD 140,800.00 - 234,600.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $140,800.00 - $234,600.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
