(Salary is based on previous experience and years of service.)Join a team that values employee, embraces diversity, and is committed to making a meaningful impact within our communities.Benefits We Offer:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401k with Company MatchPaid Time OffPaid Holidays/ Floating Holiday(s)Commuter BenefitsHealth Savings Account/ Flexible Spending Account/ Dependent Care AccountAnnual Performance BonusJob Overview:The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high quality graphic designs for both print and digital assets.Essential Functions:Create a variety of digital assets under the company’s brand book, such as brochures, posters, business cards, website graphics, social media, video and PowerPoint presentations.Capture product photography & videography in various setting, such as in office or on-filed, with complimentary skillset of post-production.Work cross-functionally with other members of the marketing team throughout the design process and communicates effectively in order to get the best results.Coordinate with printing vendors on design productions.Manages and prioritizes multiple projects at once with a strong sense of urgency.Maintains high-level of attention to details while managing multiple tasks under strict deadlines.Mentor, coach and train junior designers and marketing staff.Performs various duties as assigned by the company.Requirements:A minimum of five years of experience as a Graphic Designer with impressive design portfoliosMust be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, WorldPress and major design and creative software.Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.Bi-lingual in Chinese (simplified and/or traditional) in both verbal and written communication required.Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally.Rendr is an equal opportunity employer.
