Our core mission is to empower creators, whether they're businesses or individual freelancers, to thrive in their creative endeavours.About the RoleWe are seeking a senior designer for an international design, communications, audiovisual, copywriting and publishing firm.Job DescriptionConceptualise, create, and manage a wide range of projects.Work with Design Director and project team to ensure project success.Embrace diversity and inclusion in the workplace.Engage in a ‘concept first’ approach and ‘creatively strategic’ process to branding.Develop brand concepts, experiences, and designs across various touchpoints.Act as the day-to-day design representative to clients.Collaborate with talented external partners to enhance project quality.Provide guidance and support to junior designers.Requirements4+ years of creative experience.Experience in motion, 3D, type design, and illustration is a plus.Proficiency in various creative disciplines and media.Expertise in industry tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Figma, etc.Collaborative, proactive, positive, and rigorous work ethic.Strong balance of creativity and strategy.Curiosity, desire to challenge, and engage with cultural trends.
